Secret? What Secret....????

While on vacation in WA, I found out a little something. I asked Paul to please keep this certain thing a secret. Now a little history...Oh yeah....Paul can't keep secrets. He gets too excited and can't help himself. So the very next day I get all these texts from friend of mine here in Florida saying congrats on the third baby. Well I guess it's not much of a secret anymore. HEY EVERYONE....I'M PREGNANT AND DUE THE END OF JANUARY!!! You probably know by now, but I though I'd tell those who might not know yet because yes, lets face it, we are really excited!

Random Cuteness

Pets

My kids have fallen in love with my parents animals. They have a black lab and a kitty kitty as Briley calls her. Don't know how I'm going to be able to peel them away when we have to go back. He has even started taking care of her! Briley's first words every morning are, "mommy kitty."

Appraisals

My mom is a real estate appraiser and has had to work a lot. So in order to be with her, we have gone on a few with her. The kids are usually not thrilled, because it is a long car ride, but this time was a good one. I told Bryant we were going on a boat and he immediately shot that down. "I told you I will not go on a fast boat ever again, my said," I believe were his exact words. When I told him that a ferry boat can't go fast, he was all in. They both had so much fun!

Dino Mall Park

Went to the mall to get some kids out of the house with Aunt Dani, cousin Ethan and Grandma.

On to WA

A girl I grew up with, one of my very best friends, Melissa likes to spoil my kids. The Second night we were here she came over with gifts. An outfit or 2 for each and a toy. Bryant got a slip n slide and a car that runs by itself. Briley, who is all girl, got 2 outfits, and with those outfits came accessories. A purse and headband to go with her dress, and a bracelet and hair clips to go with her outfit.

Hungry Hunter Reunion

While we were staying in CA, there just so happened to be a reunion for the restaurant that all of Paul's siblings worked at. In fact I believe his mom and dad did some work around the restaurant as well. Grandma and Grandpa Fawson watched the kids while we all went out for the evening. Paul had a great time running into people he had known since he was 15, while I finally got to put names with faces. I have heard a lot about this restaurant and these people, but had never met any of them.
It was kind of funny cause it was supposed to be a catch up with old friends, but it ended up being a Fawson table of 6. We all enjoyed seeing and being with each other since we don't get to do that very often. All that was missing was John and his wife in Utah, and Elliott who was home in Vegas with the girls.
Paul at one point was mobbed by a bunch of drunk girls on the dance floor and when I wouldn't join in, I got a lap dance from one very drunk girl.. YIKES!!!

Getting ahead of myself

I should back track a little bit. Hey everyone, we went to California last minute. LITERALLY!!! Paul's brother David called us up and told us about an amazing plane ticket deal that we could not pass up. We would have been stupid to do it. We got $10 tickets one way to CA and Paul still had a week left of his break time. The catch was we had to leave the next day. Oh what the heck! We paid $62 after taxes for all 4 of us to go. It was great to see his family again, and his Sister Angela even flew out from NV to see us. Good times and AMAZING deal! Thank you Jet Blue!

Boat trip with Grandpa Fawson

Let start by introducing Paul's dad (our driver) and his sister Angela (our fearless flag girl).

After jumping in the water, our nephew Anthony decided that Uncle Paul could go first on the knee board. The water was freezing if you can't tell by the look on his face.

He went for a few minutes before the old man got too rusty and had to let go.

Keep in mind that this first pictures of the kids were taken when we were in a no wake zone and couldn't go fast.

This is the after!

Briley is not sleeping here, she is holding on to her vest and snuggling aunt Christy like her life depended on it. SO SCARED!!! Bryant screamed every time I let go of his jacket.

After a beautiful drive around the lake that Paul loves so much, we stopped for a quick potty break (in a cup, because Bryant was afraid a fish would bite him if he peed in the water, even off the boat) We headed home to join Grandma Fawson.
Bryant, Briley, Anthony, and I on the front of the boat, happy again going through the no wake zone at the end. He made it out alive and vows to never do that again.

Our other son goes to Prom

The send off party!

Cash and his date..not his girlfriend..but a girl whose boyfriend couldn't go (his girlfriend couldn't go either.)

It was a Masquerade Prom so they had some cool masks. They looked pretty good!

Camping Firsts

Our ward had their Father and Son camp out. To get Bryant excited and to check the tent, he set up the tent in our living room. It did it's job for sure....Bryant couldn't wait to go. While the boys were out, Briley and I went to a friends house for a girls night out. We had food and the kids watched movies while we enjoyed a little adult conversation.

The camping spot of choice was South West of us in the Everglades. Yes that is where the gators are.

They got there and set up their tents and built a fire, which was of course Bryant's favorite part. He still talks about going camping so he can play with sticks in the fire.

The reason for all the pictures taken in the morning, is because Paul and i argued over4 which of us should take the camera. Paul won cause he promised he would take lots of pictures. I told him he would forget and sure enough. He tried to redeem himself by taking lots in the morning before everyone went home. Everyone had a good time, except Paul when it came time to sleep. The humidity had just returned to South Florida after a great winter and it was really hot and hard to sleep. Poor guy! He swears he won't be camping in Florida again, but Bryant has a different take on that. He wants to go everyday.
