The Bad, the Worse, and the Wonderful!

We decided to take a temple trip with a couple from our ward. For whatever reason, whenever we go to Orlando something bad, or bazaar has to happen to us. Right out of the gate we realise Paul doesn't have his debit card. We were just praying he left it home. Onward! Bryant wouldn't have any breakfast in the car and kept saying he had to go to the bathroom. We finally pull over to let him go and he then decides he's sick, but no throw up so we continue on. 10 minutes down the road he throws up all over himself. Just wonderful! Did I mention our GPS broke so we were following the other couple. They thankfully noticed and pulled off too. After four and a half hours we finally get there. We had it set up so that the other couple and us would be in the same hotel, so that we could put kids down and play games. Turns out they are staying 3 miles down the road at the same named hotel. We decided to go out for dinner...Bryant throws up all over the table...we go home. The Andersons decided to come to our place to watch the Bachelor Finally and somehow the kids lost my car keys in the room. (By the way, they were never recovered.) That whole night my little Bryant talked loudly in his sleep, Paul snored, and Briley coughed, which means no sleep for mommy. The next morning we find out that Kade, the Andersons little boy, was throwing up all night and they didn't sleep either. Off to the temple anyway. They went first so we drove to a park for the kids to play at, which went well, and then traded. Since we were all tired we just ended up doing sealings, but it was nice to have a break from the total craziness outside. After all that mess, it's funny how the spirit of the temple makes it all worth while.

Wow, that sounds like quite the trip. I'm glad you guys were able to go though. I don't take enough advantage of the fact the I have a temple 5 minutes from my house.
