Lets just start with the plane ride. I went out with the kids 2 days before Paul, so he could finish his finals in peace. That and it was cheaper that way. Anyway Briley cried and kicked the poor lady in front of us for the first 2 out of nearly 6 hour flight. Didn't hear anything from her again, but Bryant was so excited to see Grandma and Grandpa Fawson that he wouldn't go to sleep. He was up for 5 hours before he gave in. What I didn't think through so well was how to get off the plane. Bryant refused to wake up, so I had 2 sleeping children to carry, 2 carry on bags, and a car seat. A lady from the back of the plane was watching me panic and came forward to carry Briley for me. The man sitting behind me carried the car seat and his wife carried my 2 bags so I could carry my then crying 3 year old. Thank goodness for the nice people of this world.
When we settled in the next day the kids wanted to try out their new coats in the cold weather. Bryant was a little worried about playing out back. He was seeing Alligators in the bushes. We just had to keep reminding him that we were not in Miami anymore. One of his first comments was that there were too many leaves and the Grandpa needed to clean his mess. haha! When Bob came home the next day they cleaned up the leaves together. He had so much fun.
Paul joined us on Friday and we celebrated Amelia's (Paul's mom) birthday on Saturday. His brother, Sister, and their families came over for a big dinner and games. Bryant and Briley had a great time getting to know their cousins.
Briley and Little Samantha had fun trying to play the piano and organ and as you can see she really loved Anthony's shoes. Unfortunately we don't have any other pictures besides Christmas ones.

Wow, seriously? I never get help on airplanes. That's nice! Yeah, I hate how with a child on your lap it puts their feet at just the right place to kick the chair in front of them the whole time. Ugh.
